national & international shipping
Face Sculpté ships products globally from Australia.
For international delivery, we offer a $30 FLAT RATE shipping cost and free shipping over $300.
For national delivery, Face Sculpté offers FREE standard shipping for all orders over $50. FREE pick-up is also available from Face Sculpté Studio in Artarmon NSW - contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram Dm to arrange a time.
dispatch & delivery timeframe
Face Sculpté agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within two (2) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within the same day for orders made before 10 am on working days. Face Sculpté will send you a notification by email when your order is dispatched.
within Australia: You should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.
You should expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it for you.
Face Sculpté is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
*Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays.
customs & duties
When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Face Sculpté takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

cancelling an order
You may cancel an order at any time up until the point when the goods are dispatched, to do so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message on +61 (0)4 1572 0528. Once items have been dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled.
returns & refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, Face Sculpté does not allow returns or refunds. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Face Sculpté's return and refund policy. However, if you are not satisfied with your products please contact us at email@example.com to resolve the problem if it is possible to do so.
